BCT is an enterprise-grade Learning Management System (LMS) developed for training organizations in the USA. The platform enables organizations to manage SCORM-compliant courses, conduct online examinations, track learner progress, and automatically issue certificates upon successful course completion. The system features a comprehensive multi-level role management structure, including Super Admins, Client Admins, Client Users, and Trainees. It supports real-time learning progress, online assessments, automated reporting through cron jobs, transactional email notifications using Amazon SES, and scalable cloud deployment on Rackspace. The frontend was developed using React.js and Vue.js to deliver a fast and interactive user experience, while Laravel and Python FastAPI power the backend APIs and business logic, ensuring high performance and scalability.
